A photo of the beautiful Rah chilling on her laptop after a night out. For this photo I was playing around with a blue flash gel and a torch to get a cool blue light into to it. I love the way it turned out!  

John Deere Annual Report

For the last two weeks we have been working on General Annual Reports, I chose John Deere as my company to do it on since I am in a photography buzz I could go out and take some of my own pics. All the of the farm pics are my originals, but the tractor and Staff pics are sourced from the net. Its was a tricky brief to do due to heaps of text and grids and what not, other then that I think it went ok. Here is a few pages of it anyways.

Photo of the week Part:1

So i'm going to start to try and post a photo a week, in the hope to get me out there taking more photo's and even more so hope to get better as I learn more about my camera and what makes for a good photo. This is one i took a while ago, which i liked the lighting of and contrast of the bunny (R.I.P) against the backround. And also how the eye draws immediate attention in the photo.

This is a brief we have just done, where we had to makeup a hairdresser of our own and design a two colour multifold brochure for it. There is a little tribute to Gray Kenneth Ritchie in the name...hope ya like it Gray! I also hope I spelt it right too!

Just tryed out the inkjet t-shirt transfer paper and put one of my old designs on a t-shirt, turned out quite well hopefully it holds its colour through a few washes.

Here is another brief this time it was a product brochure where we had to take the photos and design the layout. The shot with the golf ball in it joins up when the brochure is folded and mocked up.

One for the road

This poster was done for our brief that had to include a photorealistic illustration put into an advert. It is to show that drink driving is a deadly game.

I love Joaquin Phoenix's poster to his new "mockumentry" thingy, that i thought  i would recreate it with my own photo...thats not vain is it?

I have ordered a brand new Canon 500d yeaterday. I really can't wait to get my hands on it. We have a few plans of doing some short films soon and this will be perfect for it with full HD capability. So hopefully I will be able to post more photos and videos in the near future.

Gussies Great Escape

Gussies Great escape is nearing completion. I have painted all the illustrations in water colour and put an outline around them in Illustrater. I have been loving this brief because we have been left to our own devices, and do what ever we want. Hope to have the whole book posted up sometime next week.
